Data Processing Agreement
StatusMirror processes personal data as a Data Fiduciary (DPDP Act 2023) and, where you use our service on behalf of an organization, as a processor of data you provide.
Requesting a DPA
To request a signed Data Processing Agreement, email support@statusmirror.com from your registered account email with the subject “DPA request”. We aim to respond within 7 working days.
The DPA covers the processing described in our Privacy Notice, including the processors listed on our Subprocessors page, and our commitments to confidentiality, security safeguards, breach notification, and erasure support.
What to include in your request
- Your workspace name and the account email the DPA should reference
- The contact details and address for the party signing the DPA
- Any jurisdiction or standard-clause requirements you need covered
