StatusMirror is built and run by an independent developer. Paid plans keep the lights on — but if the free tier saved your team from an outage headache, a small voluntary contribution helps cover hosting and keeps building. This is a gift to support an independent developer — not a charitable donation, and no goods or services are exchanged.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (an RBI-authorised payment aggregator). StatusMirror never sees or stores your card or UPI details.
Terms & Conditions
Voluntary contributions made via the Support options are exactly that — voluntary. They are separate from any StatusMirror paid subscription, grant no product, license, feature, or service in return, and confer no obligation on the developer. By contributing you confirm the payment is lawful and made from your own funds. StatusMirror is provided “as is” without warranty.
Privacy Policy
Payment processing for contributions is handled entirely by Razorpay under its own privacy policy; StatusMirror does not receive your payment-instrument details. See our full Privacy Notice for how the product itself handles data.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Voluntary contributions are non-refundable, as no goods or services are provided in exchange. If a contribution was made in genuine error, email support@statusmirror.com within 7 days and we will review a refund in good faith. (Refunds for paid StatusMirror subscriptions are governed by your plan's billing terms, not this page.)
